Fethard Equine Hospital has a team of 4 specialist equine surgeons, including a board certified specialist in equine sports medicine. We are a busy referral equine practice in the South of Ireland, with a large varied surgical, elective, emergency and lameness caseload. Our hospital provides services to an extensive breeding, racing and sport horse population. Our state-of-the-art hospital facilities include a newly installed Qalibra CT, Hallmarq MRI and a dedicated laboratory. Fethard Equine Hospital has the capacity to house up to 60 horses which includes specialist Medicine, ICU and Isolation units.

We are now seeking an equine surgeon with an ethos for team work, enabling us to bring together collective skills, to provide the best possible care for our patients. We offer an attractive salary along with fully funded CPD.
