Haygain's patented distribution system evenly directs high-temperature steam through the forage in a double-walled, thermally sealed hay hopper. Steaming achieves and maintains temperatures of over 80°C, which is necessary to kill mold spores and bacteria.

The HG 600 is our most popular model. Easy to transport and with a feed capacity of 9-11 kg, it is ideal for use at home, at events and when travelling.

The new Haygain steam generator: The Haygain 2 kW has an integrated timer that ensures that the steamer is only operated for the programmed duration – for more safety and energy efficiency.

• A new selector switch now allows you to select the control of the boiler individually:
• Timer Mode – Use the built-in timer for straightforward, automatic vaporization cycles.
• External Control Mode – Disable the internal timer so that the unit is fully compatible with an external timer – ideal if you want to schedule vaporization cycles in advance.

With a capacity of 7.7 liters, the steam generator is designed for daily use. It also has a "Run-Dry" alarm and a warning light that prevents overheating if the water level is too low.
